Side-lay type hot-blast external-combustion cupolaWe develop RC-W-N hot-blast external-combustion cupola by combining the introduced advanced technology with the actual situation in China, which can well raise the tapping temperature, get a stable chemical composition and improve the product quality. At the same time it can also decrease the CO emission, low down the coke consumption and the burning losses and eventually decrease the production cost. Basic parameters:Tapping temperature > 1500 ℃Hot air entering temperature 400 ℃ ~ 600 ℃Coke consumption ratio1:8 ~ 1:10Stable chemical composition, low FeO content, long campaign of 30 days above, productivity of 5T/h ~ 50T/h, rate of certified product raised by 20%-30%. Steel slag recovery cupola Steelslag recovery cupola is a kind of reductive cupola system which was developed from hot-blast external-combustion cupola system. This type of cupola can use steel slag and scrap s as melting materials to produce steel pig or foundry pig of various grades.Steel slag recovery cupola system consists of furnace, combustion room, heat exchanger, charging system and de-dusting system, which can be developed into various types like single shift cupola, double shift cupola, or long campaign cupola at customer’s requests. And the long campaign cupola can work 24hour s × 30 days above, while the tapping hole repair may cost 4 ~ 5hours every 5 ~ 10days. If any errors occur during melting process, it can temporarily take a damping-down and bank up for error correction. After error correction, it can restore to normal melting.The melting materials contain a 20% ~ 30% ferric oxide content , which can mostly( ≥ 94 in general) be restored to iron product under high-temperature condition. The high-temperature condition favors to resiliconize( > 1% generally ) and recarburize(varied in accordance with furnace specifications), too. Values above may vary according to the actual material grade/ chemical composition.
